Also, if anyone has a Wii and 2 arcade sticks (or fighting-game-suitable pads) and the game Tatsunoko vs Capcom, that'd be perfect for the game room. It's a crossover fighting game featuring characters from Gatchaman, Karas, Tekkaman, Yatterman, and other Tatsunoko-owned anime.

Hello im also with Don and Neal. I'm Ian and oh yes TvC is a def game i wanna bring. though wii arcade sticks are kind of annoying to come across. i dont think Neal has one and i dont. but GC and Wii Classic controllers are excellent for the game. using a wii re-mote and nun chuck sets the game to easy mode and thats kindof a nono. but the GC and classic controllers play like regular TvC with all the attack buttons. one setup of this should be plenty right?

Since you guys are fully running this event for us, I think we can comp you each a day pass (as long as you're not asking us for like 20 people or anything), so you are welcome to schedule shifts for yourselves and take turns going around the Con. Since it's Saturday and we plan to open our doors at 9am, the closer to (or before) 9 you can get in to set up, the better. Oh and any last minute planning or questions that day or night before can be put on facebook or through email, since those outlets go right to my smart phone.

So there are going to be six people helping that day,(2 per station). The games are going to be Street Fighter x Tekken,Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3,(these are the main two that will be on all day).We are also going to have King Of Fighters XIII,Soul Calibur V,and Tatsunoko vs. Capcom which we are going to switch out throughout the day,(one for the morning, one for the afternoon, and one for the evening).Any question please ask away:)

DonDIII if you can show up to the volunteers meeting on the 15th (if it's not too much trouble) that would be great, so we can hash out your details.
